Currently working on The Letter Poetry Vol 2 and The Letter Poetry: Love Edition, which is a composition of all the love poems I've written so far.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Not really, LOL, but I remember writing used to free me from whatever negative emotion I had at that time. Come to think about it, it still does. Most of my poems captures the moment, be it a lesson or a feeling.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Bible: People search for meaning of Life. God has written to us the meaning of life in this one Volume. These words are spirit and they are life.
Desiring God by John Piper: Wow now this Book is God-breathed. It has totally altered the way I relate to God.
The Spiritual Man by Watchman Nee: Rebecca Brown referenced this Book many times that I thought it'd be a good idea to have my own copy.
Rediscovering the Kingdom: Just when I thought we'll live in heaven forever :-)
He loves me by Wayne Jacobsen: Helped me to accept God's love, to see Him as a Father and helped me to forgive my father for failing to portray God's love.
What do you read for pleasure?
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Really don't have one yet. Just read PDF formats on my Tab
Describe your desk
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
Grew up in a village, was always a bit of a loner so I spent a lot of time reading. I started out trying to write lyrics...didn't work out as expected. I sucked! Yeah, like big time. So the quietness of my surrounding helped me to soak myself in books, so reading influenced my desire to write.
When did you first start writing?
Long time ago. Like seriously, its long time ago. :-)
What's the story behind your latest book?
The Letter Poetry is a product of 8 years of my journey with God. Love and laughter, pain and patience. I write when I'm inspired and inspiration comes in different ways. Some people are so creative they can just write out of their sleep. I'm no tine of them.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
One has total control over their work. You can literally do what you want with your book.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords is just God sent. I stumbled upon them online and today I have a Book published. Imagine that.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
It has got nothing to do with Books :-) but everything to do with God. If I have the assurance that He'll be there with me throughout the day. We'll chat, He'll teach and I'll learn. Otherwise my greatest desire in life is for the silver cord to be broken so that the creature can go be with the Creator forever.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I enjoy my time with God. Being in quiet place conversing with Him, or soaked in one Spirit-breathed Book.
