What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
When did you first start writing?
I started writing as soon as I finished my favorite book, Juliet Marillier's 'Daughter of the forest'. I read it at 14 years old, and it changed my life
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Wanting to do something different from what I usually see in the commercial market.
What do your fans mean to you?
My success. They are the ones that keep me motivated, and the ones that will, in the end, judge my skills

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes. It was very childish, since I was only 14 at the time, but I think if I got my hands on it today I'm 24 now), I would write it a lot lot better
What is your writing process?
Organized. First, I visualize the characters and write down their quirks. Then, I get the names (there's so much personality in a name and I like to define my characters according to their names). The setting and the plot I build roughly with short sentences, and let the details flow as I type
How do you approach cover design?
I try to get images that get my attention, the kind I have to look more than twice. I think a catchy cover it's at least 1/3 of the job well done
