What are you working on next?
A novel about a rock band hitting it big when an ancient cephalopod attaches itself to their singer's head.

China Miéville, Charles Bukowski, William S. Burroughs, and Lev Grossman.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The hatred of being in bed. Screw sleep, I've got stuff to do!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Bugging my wife.

How do you approach cover design?
Find a book cover I like and ask the author who did the cover (indie authors are very approachable).
What do you read for pleasure?
Science fiction, modern fantasy, satire, weird fiction, and a good bit of nonfiction.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Kindle.
