What's the story behind your latest book?
It's a collection of stories inspired from nottheonion reddit posts, that sort of symbolize how screwed up the world can be at times.
What are you working on next?
A story about a raccoon.
What is your writing process?
I think about a story idea for a few months while I work on other books and then plan it out on a few sheets of old computer paper and then just write it.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
It seemed easier than begging agents to sign me.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
What do your fans mean to you?
They keep me really cool and relaxed, but I don't really appreciate them until they are broken and my house gets hot.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My dog scratching her ears in a way that scratches my face.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Smoking my pipe, playing games, walking my dog, watching stuff on screens.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yeah, it was this book about animals living in a quiet valley, but my gf didn't want to read it so I gave up on it.
How do you approach cover design?
Just pretend what I do looks good and move on.
