Interview with The Wolf

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
As a cancer survivor myself, everyday is worth living, so I have no problem looking forward to the next adventure each day brings.
What will you do with the proceeds from the book?
100% of my revenue will be donated to cancer research.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The eccentric millionaire Forrest Fenn hid a treasure worth $1 million in the Rocky Mountains north of Santa Fe when he thought he was going to die of kidney cancer. He survived cancer but hid the treasure anyway, inviting anyone willing to take up his challenge to go out and find it.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up on a small farm in Alameda Saskatchewan and I always dreamed of sailing the high seas in search of buried treasure. Those fond memories and experiences growing up allowed me to relate to the treasure setter Forrest Fenn. Chasing that dream inspired me to write this book.
What are you working on next?
I am currently going back to university to get a Masters degree in Space Science.
What do you read for pleasure?
I enjoy travelling with my family and I love the sport of curling.
Describe your desk
Messy but it is all there!
What is your e-reading device of choice?
What do your fans mean to you?
My mom means everything to me!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I am a search and rescue pilot and I love helping those in need.
