I grew up in Milwaukee, WI. Growing up here really docent influence my writing. I come up with them after thinking, "Wouldn't it be great if such and such could happen?"Or I just take from my nieces & nephews experiences.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing at 8 years old and wrote my first mini movie script at 13 for some of my friends next door. (Whom I'm still friends with) I wanted to make movies first. So, I would gather everyone, assign them a character & choose a location and start filming.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Penny's Secret World is about a 11-year-old girl name Penny Heart who loves reading and writing fantasy, and make believing she could be in one of her fantasy books; wish granted! One day Penny was searching for one her favorite books when all-of-sudden a magical book appears behind her and gobbles her whole! Taking Penny on a adventure that she would soon never forget.

I came up with the idea because I wanted to go into a favorite comic book of mines: Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto

Well, as everyone knows, it's hard for a writer to get published by big names houses. And I really wanted to do this ever since I was young. So, I made the decision to do it myself!

For starters letting me do everything myself and for free was a great start. [Laughs] Having a great audience and tremendous outlets and connections is also helpful.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Getting to create my own world and characters and tossing them into different situations & figuring out how to get them out is my joy.
What do your fans mean to you?
EVERYTHING!! Because without them what or where would I be?
What are you working on next?
Its a secret. But I'll give you a hint, it has something to do with 3D!
Who are your favorite authors?
Dr, Suess, Marc Brown, Mercer Mayer, Norman Bridwell, Dav Pilkey & Jonny Duddle.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I'm not writing, I'm thinking of writing. [Laughs] Or I'm illustrating, playing my Wii U, ridding my bike, you know, things like that.
