My desk is wherever you find me. Scraps of paper with ideas tucked into my work bag. Scribbling ideas down at work during lunch. The laptop on the coffee table or the IPad sitting up in bed.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Newcastle, Australia and loved reading. Anything adventure especially.
When did you first start writing?
I remember writing short stories in primary school, and my imagination was always looking for something different.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The Butterfly Quest was written as a birthday present for my daughter when she turned 10. She was always asking me to read her a story, and we did most nights but eventually we started making up our own. So I decided to write one just for her. It grew from there, and the full story is not over yet. Look out for more parts of The Butterfly Quest.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The print market looked unattainable

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Exploring my own imagination.
What do your fans mean to you?
So far my only fans are my family, and just maybe they are a bit biased.
What are you working on next?
Next two Parts of The Butterfly Quest, and one for my wife who loves Rural Romance, but I made it a Rural Thriller with a bit of romance, and then hopefully a new Action Adventure hero.

James Rollins, Clive Cussler, And McDermott, Matthew Reilly to name a few
What is your e-reading device of choice?
iPad these days, but Kindle before that.
