Interview with Analiesa Adams

What motivated you to become an indie author?
I've found that my greatest joy is in writing, when I want and how I want. Traditional publishing processes seem to limit the creativity and imagination in my stories. Indie publishing allows me to tell my story the way I feel is best.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Being somewhat introverted, I have a hard time in expressing myself at times when speaking. When I begin to write, all guards are dropped, allowing me to speak freely through my words. There is a little part of me in every character, and I enjoy becoming entrenched in their lives for a short time as I write.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, actually, it is the story I am currently editing. Having been set aside for many years, I felt it was time to brush it off and renew its spirit. Silenced Dreams should be available soon.
Describe your desk
My desk is an organized mess! My mother always told me as long as I know where to find something, it doesn't matter what it looks like to others. At the moment my space is not exactly the way I want it to be, but it works for me. Sooner or later all the boxes will be unpacked and shelves filled with the research material I have collected. Until then, everything has it's place in the space I've got.
What are you working on next?
I have several series that I am working on currently I hope my fans will enjoy:

A paranormal series that deals with the extrasensory perceptions, called "G.L.O.V.E.S." (an acronym for Gifts of Love of the Eternal Spirit.)

The Innkeepers Series - Adventures, mysteries, suspense and romances showcasing the beautiful Bed and Breakfasts I've had the pleasure of staying at throughout the Pacific Northwest.

A series of stories involving ghosts and spirits, an interest of mine that goes back to childhood and my connections to all things paranormal.

And so on, and so on.......too many to list here now.
