Who are your favorite authors?
I have a lot of amazing authors that I love to read there books. But my top three are
1. J.R. Ward The Black Dagger Brother hood
2. Lara Adrian The Midnight Breed series
3. JJ Knight Fight for her
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
This is a easy to answer life. There is always new opportunities to start over or do something better.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Canvas art work or my daily activity. Which in between those, I always think of something else to write in my novel.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Amazon or through my dear friends.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Oh yes! It has changed my life. I will always remember the book.
What is your writing process?
I carry around a small book note book. Then if I have a idea I will scribble it down. Then when I know I have a sometime I will write on my phone or the computer.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I used to not enjoy reading at all. So I don't remember the first book. But the first book that changed my life and lead me to become a author. Was J.R. Ward Dark Lover. After that I was completely hooked on reading. I think I read 75 books that year. I had some catching up to do!
How do you approach cover design?
A lot of looking through photos. Trying to figure out what describes the book the most.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
!. The Bible. I am a religious person and I love God dearly.
2. The book of Mormon. I am a Latter day saints member. ( Mormon ) I will never push my faith on to anyone. But if they have questions for me I would always tell them what I know.
3. J.R. Ward Dark Lover. It is the book that changed my life.
4. Lara Adrian Kiss of Crimson It captured my love of reading and the suspense of the book was incredible.
5. JJ Knight. Fight for her. Because she let her readers experience the emotions of writing along with her.
What do you read for pleasure?
Romance, paranormal stories
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I love the Kindle app on my Ipad
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
When I find out more about the marketing world. I will come back to this!
When did you first start writing?
The summer of 2009
What's the story behind your latest book?
It is called Broken. It is based upon four friends, two of them turn out to be vampires. Who they don't know how they will change the world forever.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I believe everyone has a story to tell. I am just in a situation where I am blessed to have mine told.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The readers enjoying the book.
What do your fans mean to you?
EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What are you working on next?
I am actually working on six different books right now. So I will be busy for awhile.
