I started writing at the age of 1 or 2, I'd tell my grandparents what to write on little pieces of paper and then I'd illustrate it and staple it together.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I can make my emotions and fears form into a character that can relate and inspire, yet I can also do the opposite and make a character who is hated and despised.
What are you working on next?
I'm not quite sure; it'll definitely be a series, mystery or fantasy.
Who are your favorite authors?
J.K. Rowling inspired me to write, I've read her work over and over and I never stop loving it.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Reading, talking/being with family, etc.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I usually just pick out an interesting title/cover and just go from there! :)
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
My first story, I think, was about a rabbit named Angel. I'm not sure of the name, but it was something like "the little rabbit" or "angel". It was about my sister and I's rabbits.
What is your writing process?
I usually think of something and write everything down that comes to mind, and later I make it into a story or discard it.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I'm not sure of my first, but one of them was "Small Steps: The Year I Got Polio". It made me really appreciate life. Another was called "Hush" and it made me want to write, it's details were stunning.
How do you approach cover design?
I just do whatever looks best depending on the plot.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Definitely "Hush", All of the Harry Potter books (7), "The Host", and "The Year I Got Polio".
