Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes. I wrote about "end of life,how soon? The caption took alot of people by surprise and the book itself was a success with so many comments afterwards. Life is a pathway and it must be seen that way. We must do all we can to live, achieve our goals and purpose while also enjoying ourselves. Its a book that's still selling well.
What is your writing process?
My writing process begins by looking at life and seeing what people go through. I write about it, revise it , edit and then publish my book.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story i ever read that impacted greatly in my life was managing the ageing experience by denise tanner. Its a book that shows how older people's experiences are central to understanding how best policy makers and practitioners might promote well-being in later life.
How do you approach cover design?
I approach my cover designs by answering questions like: where am i going,what am doing,what do i want to achieve and how do I express life in relation to the book i'm writing.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
I have a lot of favourite books i have read buti prefer books that revolve round health and well being.
What do you read for pleasure?
I enjoy playing football and i like hanging out with my family and friends.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I love all platforms as long as i can read on them and navigate without issues.

Describe your desk
My desk is always neatly arranged with a Samsung laptop at the middle, my jotters with pens on the right and a table clock on the left. I also hvea reading chair which is well cushioned.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Nigeria and studied medicine and surgery at the University of Lagos. My medical background made me close to sick people and also elderly patients. All these influenced my love for health and my writing about health and well-being.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing about 8 years ago but didn't publish my first book until about 3 years ago.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind my latest book is the fact that people live their lives without caring about their future. Most of the things we do now usually have its effect later in life and its of a great essence to start planning for our future so we can live a healthy life when we age.
