Interview with Charles H Braie

Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Yes, At around age 10 I read my first series of books by C.S Lewis known as the Tales of Narnia, I was absolutely blown away by the imagination of this story tell and its stuck with me over 43 years now.
How do you approach cover design?
Truth and reality is my answer I grew up in a world of hate and extreme abuse, to escape I would create far away places in my mind and hide there for what seemed like days and even weeks on end never speaking a word to anyone in reality.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
The Khyber rifles: why its reality real it's troy folks proven to be in fact a reality.
The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe: why Its an escape from your own realities and sets your mind free to explore hope and new possibilities.
Trio: why it's by my personal friend maybe the world remembers him ( Mark Lincoln Miller) that's right rock Hudson's mark
Chrome: why because it was truth told by Nader a real men in black who shared reality with us all long before it existed folks George showed the world human interaction with robots.

These days 90 percent of my time is reading text books for collage in the study of forensic and physcholoy I'm working toward a doctrine I sure have a real long way to go still but I'm very hopeful.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I personally only use laptops by Toshiba and I current have the newest Samsung galaxy 8 tablet/ reader.
Describe your desk
My desk is nothing more than a small warped and broken phone table from 1910 early America given to me by mark miller himself to use for my laptop believe it or not its worked really well I have no desk just a easy chair and two very small tables I write from in front of my tv the reason for this is I'm 100 percent disabled.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I'm just a hard luck case who lived on the second floor of a steak house growing up with a serious chef from new York where he went to school my father we lived in valley forge pa. those canon houses were my play ground growing up. I had a uncle who was us navy at a very high rank he took me to valley forge park every single weekend for almost 4 years id like to say and was a great motivator and inspiration to succeed.
When did you first start writing?
Colorado technical university I spent three years there writing some of the hardest medical journals one could possible want to write it was required we as student wrote a variety of papers and reports, or journals. It was extremely boring then on February 22nd 2010 my life changed forever, why I found myself directly under a 2 mile wide aircraft hovering less than 300 feet off the ground I was shocked and blown away I told the world and nobody listened so I decided to write about that experience.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The paranormal and the unexplained has followed me my entire life since age five, I was nearly killed during a heavy rain storm crossing a busy intersection in Virginia beach. After reaching the other side of the road I fell and crushed my skull and basically died on the spot only to be revived sometime later at the hospital and when I awoken I was no longer that 5 year old. Ghost, aliens, and the unexplained are my life walk with me after death live with spirits that dwelled in our home for years. live my abductions experiences and more all 100 percent real or is it. What do you believe?
