What is your writing process?
Not sure I have a process. I start with an idea and the words just flow. When I am writing a first draft I just write until it is finished. I don't go back and re-write until I have written the words "The End" for the first time. Subsequent drafts is where the heavy lifting and the hair pulling begins!
What are you working on next?
Currently I am working on 2 projects:
(1) a collection of original poems about love and love lost
(2) A mystery book.
Who are your favorite authors?
Jane Austen; Nora Roberts, especially her books written as J.D. Robb,; John Sanford, Robert B. Parker and many more. I am an avid reader and have been ever since I learned how to read.
What do you read for pleasure?
Mystery, Romance and Poetry
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Kobo ereader.
Describe your desk
The first draft for Destiny's Challenge was written on my dining room table! I now have something called a "bookshelf desk".
When did you first start writing?
I remember writing poetry when I was a child. Writing has always part of me and I believed that it was part of everyone else as well. It was a shock to learn that this was not true.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The miracle that happens when the words just flow. It is like a gift. The words flow through me from a Source greater than me.
What do your fans mean to you?
It is humbling to know that people like my stories and are entertained by them. I am truly grateful.
