What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I have three children who inspire me to push on daily. I wake up everyday because I choose to be a mother every day.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I spend my time playing with my children or spending time with my husband.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I like to write a lot. Normally, I don't have time for reading. I do use this app called Episode on my phone. It has great stories.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
The first story I ever wrote was called Pregnant at 18. I wrote it on an app called Episode. That is what inspired me to start writing. Now I am writing that story bigger and better into a book.
What is your writing process?
My children go to daycare and school during the day, so that is when I am able to write and think.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I ever read was goosebumps in elementary story. I didn't really like to read until I read those stories. I loved the mystery.
How do you approach cover design?
I make my covers with the intent on describing my book.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
I actually do not read books. I read stories on an app called Episode.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read this app on my phone called Episode. On this app there are many different stories with live animation.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My cell-phone.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I mainly use Facebook.
Describe your desk
I don't have a desk. I use my laptop on the kitchen table.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Orlando, Florida. This place is my home.
