What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I have a wide array of marketing ideas and formats available to me. Amazon.com, and of course Smashwords are my two best outlets for my books.
When did you first start writing?
I started to write about ten years ago after the death of my older brother. It helped me overcome my grief and set me on a path to being a professional writer.
What's the story behind your latest book?
I was bullied as a small child because I had red hair and freckles. I am now reading in the paper daily about the children who are being bullied far more than I ever was. Well I decided to write a book that children, adults and young readers should read, so that they can cope with the bullies in their lives.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
They help me get my words out to the masses, and I appreciate that.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy is using my creative mind in a fun way. And hopefully other people will enjoy my writing as much as I do.
What do your fans mean to you?
What do your fans mean to you?: I will let you know when I get some.
What are you working on next?
I have not decided what to write yet, but I do have some ideas.
Who are your favorite authors?
All the classics...do I need to say anymore?
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The sunshine....
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Living life well is the best way to spend any day.
