Interview with Lailane Amoroto

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Well, the fact that...
I can still open my eyes to see those wonders that surrounds me,
I can still hear those sounds that enlivens my day,
I can still feel those warm touches that allows me a comfort,
And I can still taste those dainty treats that sweetens my morning...
Then, yeah whole lot things that inspires me.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I oftentimes do the household chores, then have at least a few minutes to review the lesson, and to freshen my mind so that I could come up with an idea for the story.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
It is when I was in high school, my classmate told us that there were lots of books published in the internet, and some of them were free. :-)
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Yes, the first novel that I have read is an English-novel from the best-selling author, Sidney Sheldon, which entitled Bloodlines. It made me open-minded because at that time I was still 12 yrs. old when I read it, so I was just like, wow I mean even there is some scenes which were not suitable at my age yet, the whole story is sooo great, and I'm amaze twisted its story.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
*Love, Rosie by Cecilia Ahern... because this story is the only story that I have read which is oh so unique.. hmm to know why?? Just check it out.
The other four were not just A book but they were A series.
*Vampire Academy, and its spin-off series, Bloodlines by Richelle Mead
*Sea Breeze, Rosemary Beach, and Existence by Abbi Glines
*Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L James, and
*Beautiful Creatures by Margaret Stohl with Kami Garcia

I loved those books as well as their authors.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Epub Reader, and Adobe Reader
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grow up in a place where I have lots of childhood mem'ries. Even though we struggle a lot still it didn't let us down. It made us more stronger though there were those times that it pulls us down.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My friends! Haha. Honestly, its because of those authors... they inspired me, a lot.
