Interview with Clifford Woods

What are you working on next?
Next I have 3 projects in the works:

1) The Pope (fiction) - An intriguing idea about Pope John Paul II not really being the Pope that was elected - this is the opening paragraph of that one - Enjoy : On the 20th anniversary of Pope John Paul II being in office and at the time of his 13th encyclical that was referred to as the "papal answer to 20th century philosophies", a distinct and profound change was about to take place in the great religions of the world. In the 13th encyclical that was titled Fides et Ratio (Faith and Reason), the Pope urged the Catholic church to "lead people to discover both their capacity to know the truth and their yearning for the ultimate and definitive meaning of life". This was the Pope's opening shot at curbing the temptation to despair that was slowing creeping into the society with the coming of the millennium. It was also directly against the wishes of his masters.

2) The Return (fiction)- A Saga that starts in the Caribbean and then takes off into the world: An Opening Paragraph - The date was the 14th of August 1997 and he was returning home after being away for more than a quarter of a century. The excitement in him was visibly contained. It was a moment in his life that was very important to him. He was returning home with a purpose in mind. He wanted to find out all about his country and his ancestry. Charles Hawthorne White left Belize City, British Honduras when he was 15 years old. That was in late 1971, three short years before that famous fight between Mohammed Ali and George Foreman in Zaire, Africa. The trip to Los Angeles was made by road with his older sister. They went to live with their mother. They were the first of the children to venture into the land of the free

3) Alpha7 (Science Fiction) - An interplanetary Sci-fi and all the elements and a fascinating AI: - An Opening Paragraph: His personal Anti Grav Unit was acting up again for the third time this month and he was not pleased. Just back from searching the Rocklands for evidence of reported Silica migration, it had been necessary for him to repair his AGP unit twice due to dust in its most sensitive parts. It was time to trade it in for a newer model.
