What do you read for pleasure?
I enjoy reading, all different types of authors, music is a big part of my relaxtion method and cooking
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I actually have a kindle fire.

Messy, very messy
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
We moved a lot growing up, but always lived in Oklahoma, just different little towns. So, I think this gave me a chance to develop a good imagination.
When did you first start writing?
Around third grade maybe, not masterpieces or anything
What are you working on next?
A short apocalyptic story.
Who are your favorite authors?
Stephen King, by far; also Dean Koontz, Charlaine Harris, Nina Lecour, P.C. Cast, there's so many more
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My daughter.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
With my family, or reading, or strolling the internet.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, it was a short story about a ghost.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Yes, I believe it was by V.C. Andrews. It was called Heaven, and I remember thinking how I could really relate to this young girl who had to care for her brothers and sisters, be both a mom and dad for them.
