Ah! That was purpose built by my husband and is gorgeous! But it's often not very tidy and usually there's a cat on it!
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Glasgow, maybe the Scots sense of humour has had an impact.
When did you first start writing?
I have always written in one way or another, letters, pen pals, newsletters
What's the story behind your latest book?
The current book was inspired by our life at the moment, something real. The one I am writing is completely different, it's a murder mystery.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
It just seemed simple
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I enjoy different stages, getting ideas, seeing my words on my screen, seeing it all in print

James Patterson, Lee Childs
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Depends on the time of year, in winter I am at my desk lots, but if the sun is shining I'm in the garden, probably reading
