My 5 fave, hmmm.... 1. Pride and Prejudice. Jane Austen. It's just such a classic. Timeless love story. 2. Eat Pray Love. Elizabeth Gilbert. I fell in love with this book and it helped me change as a person. 3. J.D. Robb's In Death Series. Love, Love, Love Eve Dallas and Roarke. Some of the best characters in literature. I can read these books over and over until the end of time. 4. Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. Again Love the characters. These books are so funny. 5. Harry Potter series. J.K. Rowling. Best story ever told.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read J.D. Robb's In Death series for pleasure. I have every book, there are over 30 now, maybe she hit the 40 mark! I just love the characters and the plot and all the details of a futuristic New York. Each book wraps up nicely. They are just pure entertainment.

Describe your desk
At Home, my desk right now is a blue table with a few drawers and my computer sitting on top. At work, it is a big brown wood monstrosity that is in the shape of an L.
What is your writing process?
My writing process almost always begins with paper and pen. I sit down when I get an idea and just start with whatever pops out. Either character names, or some dialogue, or maybe just a sketch of an outline. Sometimes it can even start with a picture. I wrote my first book Trained to Kill almost entirely on paper for the first draft. Then I start typing it up and rewriting.
