Barsukov's Short Story Contest and the "Premiere" International Playwrighting Contest . Award-winner of the playwrighting contests "From the Web onto the Stage" and "Personality".
• Have any other authors influenced your writing style?
Of course, there are a number of authors that influenced me. Russian writers is, first of all: M. Lermontov, A. Chekhov, Ilya Ehrenburg, from overseas: K. Vonnegut, G. Meyrink, S. Beckett...
• Can you give us an excerpt from your latest release?
Lilya Chara, literary critic, on "You Were, You Are, You'll Always Be":
"You Were, You Are, You'll Always Be" is the most beautiful, artistically complete, whole, pure, sincere, full of a genuine "sensation of childhood" (even though reflected in a distorting mirror, but still childhood! Childhood, when the child was a child [as Bertolt Brecht once put it], a CHILD, beloved by his parents) dramatical piece..."
Vassily Bogdanov, critic, "Marketing PRO" magazine, on "The Team I Created":
"The author so skillfully depicts the characters his hero meets, cooperates with or resists, so vividly displays the internals of the contemporary business world, that any reader can recognize their own feelings and experience at work. Surely it is easier to overcome stress and fight plots in one's own workplace when you see that others have gone through it too and have withstood and triumphed.
The feeling of poignancy is intensified by the fact that everything in the book happens in the present day. In the characters we can easily recognize our superiors and subordinates, our colleagues and partners, friends and foes that skirmish with us and with each other for influence and resources every day... An excellent book, a must have in one's library".
Lev Pirogov, critic, "Literary Gazette", on the short stories by Alex Ermak:
"These are not exactly short stories, but rather synopses. In painting they call them "sketches". What differentiates them from short stories is that the author is not trying to put "multum in parvo", to make the text intense. He is just shortening it. And achieves an amazing effect - fit to what is called "idiostyle" - amazing and enviable, because the reader believes everything the author says no matter true or not..."
• What are you currently working on?
Now I am working on a novel about a very interesting person, who was not broken by life circumstances, and he achieved what he wanted, although everything turned out differently than he wanted ...
• Please tell us about some of your other published works. (titles, synopsis, genre, publication date)
In 2016, the 4th edition of my business novel "The Team I Created" was published. This novel is also translated into Chinese and published in Beijing.
This book - the first economic novel in Russia, which immediately after the release became a cult in the domestic business. There is everything that a person is facing, striving to become a leader, to make a successful career, to create an effective team of employees in any company. This is a frank story about the advertising business, based on real events, in which everything is like in life: defeats, successes, conflicts, hypocrisy, cynicism ...
Someone this book will cause delight, someone has outrage, but will not leave anyone indifferent.
The last published novel "Cruiser" Suvorov "- about the Soviet navy.
The novel "Alexander Suvorov" tells about the tests that fall on the share of eighteen-twenty-year-old guys falling into the Navy. There comes a time when yesterday's teenagers have to make adult decisions and learn to defend not only their dignity and their lives, but also the happiness of their loved ones and the honor of the Motherland. Whom you will return home and whether you will return at all depends first of all on you ...
The book will be of interest to everyone who is interested in naval subjects, since it is distinguished by an exceptionally high degree of reliability of the technical and historical information provided, and at the same time is written in a lively, imaginative language using "professional" sea lingo.
The Great Cleanup: A tale of a true homemaker
Few housewives would encounter so many adventures within just a single day: kidnapping and rescue, seduction and fear, chases and shoot-outs on the ground and dogfights in the air. Yet the heroine breaks out of every predicament with her head held high, her body intact, her honour unsullied, as is the reader's expectation of quality light-hearted entertainment where the author's paradoxical sense of humour keeps turning the situation on its head, sometimes literally.

• Do you find writing energizing or exhausting?
I consider writing just work. In the morning you sit down and write for several hours. Sometimes you get carried away and "fly", sometimes very calm. But at the end of the working day, usually both tired and very excited ...
If you had to do it all over again, would you change anything in your latest book?
I had only two cases, when after some time I finalized the endings of two stories. Usually the finished book ceases to "live" in me, it is finished and already lives its own life

Kim Basinger :)

"We do not live without each other" :)

Good joke / human grief
