Interview with Eve Flockhart

How do you approach cover design?
I like to think about my characters and their image for a picture and then I'll go on font download websites like Dafont to find the perfect one for my cover (which takes ages for a picky person like me!) the take ages again to choose the colour that matches.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
I really like the book Saffy's Angel by Hilary Mackay. It's very light hearted and funny and it always puts me in a good mood, the same with the rest of the Casson series from which it came.
Vickey Angel by Jacqueline Wilson is also a great one. It addresses a serious matter with a relatable approach and has some giggles along the way.
The Divergent trilogy is EPIC! If you like the hunger games you will love this. Thrilling, heart felt, and written by an extremely talented women who is only around 24.
I'm a sucker for the Twilight series. The movies definitely do not do those books justice!
I also really enjoy reading all of Cathy Cassidy's books. She's an extremely talented author and I don't think I could choose a favourite book although I do like Dizzy, Driftwood and Lucky Stars.
What do you read for pleasure?
I have recently got into reading teen fiction. The Bad Boy's Girl by JessGirl93 is one of the best on Wattpad I have to say, with over 70,000,000 reads (Congratulations!)
