Interview with Teresa Browning

What motivated you to become an indie author?
I have a sincere passion to write and express my work with others. My goal is if I can reach one person with what I write I have done the job I set out to do.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on my next novel which is entitled " A Black Pan" and "Sitting Behind The Gates of Hell"
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy for me is when someone I meet has read my novels and they can relate to what I have written; they can identify in some way with the authors work. You can see the joy on their faces that you have done a good job creating a novel they can appreciate,
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans are everything, I appreciate their loyalty and their constructive criticism they give me. It gives me what I need to continue to perfect my work. I would be nothing without their feedback!
Who are your favorite authors?
Sidney Shelton and John Grisham are my all time favorite writers!
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing that the world is waiting on me to create another master piece drives me to wake up humble and thirsty to create and finish the next chapter of the novel I'm working on!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I walk everyday and attend service at my church nightly it keeps me grounded; nothing I write about would be possible without giving God the ultimate Praise!
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
My friends keep me up on new work that has come out and I surf for new work on my on in the early morning hours when everyone else is sleep!
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes my first story was created when I was 13 years old and I still have it today! although I never published it....it still means something to me!
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The stories in the bible impacted me a great deal. They still have an effect on me and my life as a writer.
How do you approach cover design?
I have a artist that works for me and he can normally create the cover I need by just telling him what I want., I aslo do a lot of research on the internet looking for the right cover as well
What do you read for pleasure?
Different magazines and I do read a few authors work in my off season.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Kindle fire and on my computer.
