What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I love being able to share what i have learnt in my experience as a Personal Trainer. I think the most valuable and rewarding thing you can do, is to educate someone on how to live a higher quality of life.
What inspires you to get out of bed everyday?
Every morning I get to go and do what I am extremely passionate about. I love training and I love helping people reach their physical goals.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
By being an indie author and putting my knowledge into writing I can help thousands more live a much higher quality of life. I can also make my book extremely affordable, and this allows me to reach and help a much larger group of people then i would have by just being a personal trainer.
What do you hope to achieve with your book?
In my 8 years as a Personal Trainer I have seen how being active and changing the way your body looks and feels has drastically improved my clients lives. Every area of their lives are improved Self esteem, confidence, self worth, energy levels and a bigger zest for life. By writing this book I hope to allow this higher quality of life become a reality for many more people.
What are you working on next?
Currently I am working on a book that focuses purely on improving muscle mass. So guys looking to build a muscular body watch this space.
