What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest book, "Hope for the Holidays: 14 Tips for Creating Your Holiday Plan When You're Grieving" originated after grappling with holidays that were intensely lonely after the loss of my in-laws. My hope is inspire people who are grieving this holiday season that they can ask for what they need and advocate for what they don't want as they deal with their loss. I love to contribute to healing broken hearts.
What are you working on next?
My next book is "Get Beyond the Myths of Grief to Heal Your Broken Heart". I'm also working on a book for those dealing with loneliness and isolation.
