Raymond Chandlers 'The Big Sleep.' fast and furious with fanatastic sharp dialogue.
Henry Wiliamson 'Tarka the Otter. A brilliant insight into animal life with descriptive narrative.
Gavin Maxwell. 'Ring of Bright Water.' Equally fantastic insight and a wonderfull story teller.
George Orwell. 'Animal Farm.' Seminal work probably the best book of its kind ever written.
Franz Kafka 'Metamorphisis' Scary,worrying and a book I could not put down.
What do you read for pleasure?
Antyhing that stimulates the mind. Historical, factual 'Schindlers List' and 'The Diary Of Ann Frank' are prime examples
