How did the idea of writing a book on medical errors?
My mother has been my partner in all my projects and has long had in mind the idea of writing on the subject as I had observed many cases. My mother is a retired physician and in principle the need to write this topic was induced as a requirement in our university
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I was born into a medical family and educators, my mother is infectious and university teacher now retired, my father is a retired orthopedic surgeon and now dedicated to spirituality, the rest of my family are teachers .
When did you first start writing?
When I started as a contracted teacher at the university, one of the requirements was to conduct research, and first my great collaborator fue'mi mother, who already had much experience in this field
What's the story behind your latest book?
The real story is to show the other face of the harsh reality that nobody wants to talk and that doctors equivocam because they are human, and mistakes are inherent to human beings, they are omnipresent. Medical culture - as Dr. Brian Goldman says teaches that doctors are differentiated between those good and bad, the existosos and failures, which are never wrong (in the light of the public) and those who are wrong, while we maintain differences are not develop policies to improve this problem, doctors need to vent, tell and tell their stories and we make measures to prevent errors
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The need to transmit knowledge, try to disseminate information to colleagues understand that they are not alone, that is a universal problem.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Currently not know if I can help spread my experience in my manuscript, but I want to free this information reaches many people and that the patient understands that should enmancipate, must free of paternalism, read, documented, and actively express their desire to participate in healing, a more intelligent patient, trained to work with the doctor and also serves to prevent and detect an error.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
To help others and to alleviate suffering through knowledge.
What do your fans mean to you?
(laughter) I don´t have fans, but if they are all welcome
What are you working on next?
I hope I never have to write so soon, I want a break, and if for some reason I again undertake this task, I hope God will give them long life and health to all my colleagues to help me and be there with me
Who are your favorite authors?
Many, but especially in the field of spirituality. You see, when a tragedy or an error occurs in medicine and patient death occurs, the physician should work for their own spirituality also able to offer a human support to the families and understand the pain
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Working in a very hard area such as the neonatal resuscitation, and see miracles every day I am excited to have hope in God and man.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
My family is central to my life, so God and spirituality, my two dogs are pets that help me every day to give me that power

There is a famous biblical phrase: "he who seeks finds," when they are trying to find solutions to a problem, the universe gives you the answers to your search

I started writing with the Spanish academic publisher on drug abuse among students in higher education (mainly medical students) from my university and there analyze the surrounding factors such as fears, family, self-esteem ...

Write by hand, then perform the settings, the sense of writing with pencil graphite .

As a teenager I read the Satanic Verses of Salman Rushdie, a book which at the time was a "Boom" and had given to my mother
