Interview with Jessica Reece

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I love wrighting because it lets me express myself. Wrighting has always been something I could do to distract myself from bad situations, or if I was bored.
What do your fans mean to you?
My Fans are my Family. I love them unconditionally, and I am here for them if they need someone to talk to / listen to them.

My Fans give me the strength, and courage to keep wrighting.
Who are your favorite authors?
Stephen King, Christopher Pike, J.K Rowling, R.L Stine
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My friends, and family, my fans, and my animals.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Listening to Music, Playing Video games, and working on school work.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, It was in 7th grade. My friends liked it so much, they would ask me each time they saw me if i was done or if I had written any more of it.

Sadly, I never finished, and I lost the Draft.
How do you approach cover design?
I try to think of something that shows what the book is about. Like, If it is about a Princess in Renaissance times, I would make it a cobblestone castle in the mountains or something like that, fitting to the characters, setting and main idea of the story.
What do you read for pleasure?
Right now I am working on reading

My desk is covered in sewing supplies, office supplies, papers, and my laptop.
