Funny but true story, I'm married to a gay realtor. We're not married in the traditional sense of living together and the like, but we are married on paper. His being a realtor was the inspiration for the story. The rest is all in my head.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Didn't want to wait on the traditional publishing process. Knew my writing could get me in the big publishing doors, but who wants to wait years to get on the shelf? If they get a whiff of my writing I won't be an indie writer much longer, sooooooo.....
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Hopefully, Smashwords will be a great contributor to my success.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The freedom of writing, the freedom of expression and the ability to dictate what happens next is the absolute best.
What do your fans mean to you?
I love my fans. They're everything to me. Without them I'd just be a lone voice in the wilderness.
What are you working on next?
I'm writing the follow-up to "Show Me" and a sequel to my mainstream release and starting a new series. I have lots on my plate but I love every minute of it.

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Life. New experiences. A chance to improve on the day before. The sun. People. Love.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Vegging out in front of the television. Walking in the park. Eating. Definitely need to lose weight.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Suggested reads and looking up my favorite authors to see what new works they have available.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
No. It was so long ago I really can't remember. I wish I could, but the way my memory is set up.......
What is your writing process?
I write. No real process other than having a mental framework for what should happen. How it happens, I have no control over. My only requirement is that it makes sense. No outlines, no pen or paper, just mental notes and my obsession with the characters.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Nope. I know it was a Judy Blume book. I always loved Judy Blume. I devoured her books. She could do no writing wrong.
How do you approach cover design?
The cover has to be interesting, have some relation to the subject matter and be polished.

Galaxy Tab. I can access Kindle, Nook, Kobo and everybody else except for iBooks.
