When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I love video game's, watching documentaries on all kind's of topic's. Spending time with my family, going on walk's. I love nature and i would love to travel and see all the ancient site's around the world. Going out and having a little fun on the weekend from time to time and ultimately just trying to obtain as much knowledge as the world has to offer.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Well honestly i don't read much i know i know being a writer that's a little contradictory BUT time is of the essence and documentaries deliver information faster. Of course game of throne's is amazing too one of my biggest influence's.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
no i'm not sure if anyone does lol
What is your writing process?
I like to have all my details planned out, character's personalities, place's of interest, antagonist's, the world setting with a hand drawn map included :) direction of which way the storyline is coming and going too and how the character's and which character's tie into particular situation's. I like to know what i'm writing about and where i'm taking myself before i put permanent pen to paper. I'm old school i know :)
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Hmm to be honest not in particular but i do remember reading various book's through school that i enjoyed.
How do you approach cover design?
I haven't got that far yet :)
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Game of throne's :)
What do you read for pleasure?
Next question please lol
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I don't have one
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I haven't even sniffed that flower yet
Describe your desk
Invisible
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
Sturgis Michigan or you can call it a hole in the wall. Not a very supporting place to do anything in. Very dysfunctional, but you grow up fast here and get a different view on life and anything in general than what you would see in a normal town or setting. So i have obtained the knowledge of a different point of reference to how people live their live's in relative respect to the rest of the world or america i guess. Not much influence here except me and my imagination :)
When did you first start writing?
when i was like 13 in the 8th grade i would play around writing short little stories.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Well it's a big book that i'm turning into a series and honestly at this particular moment i don't want to go into vague details that will undermine the book.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My imagination and my hate for factory work and week to week paychecks i hope i can get my amazing imagination out to the world so i can have full support to write at all times.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
It hasn't yet but i have my finger's crossed :)
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Getting an amazingly deep and rich world/story onto paper to have forever as my memory fade's lol
What do your fans mean to you?
If i had any it would make my world i could talk to them all day about my books :)
What are you working on next?
There is no next there is right now....
