What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
What inspires me the most is the strong desire to create something the really helps people.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I like to cook organic gourmet or hang out with the family.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I get my ebooks mostly from search on Amazon's Kindle store.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes I wrote a story in second grade titled The Race. It was about an unlikely swimmer winning a swim race.
What is your writing process?
I write mostly how-to ebooks so I write about subject matter that not a lot people may know about. I will find a niche that I have expert knowledge on and then put together the main talking points of the ebook in an outline. Then I will write about each subject in the outline to write a very helpful and informative ebook.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I read was Black Boy by Richard Wright. The was the book that exposed me to racism in America and it helped me to come to terms with being Black in America.
How do you approach cover design?
I try to design a cover that is eye catching and gives the reader an idea of what is inside the ebook at first glance.
What do you read for pleasure?
I like to read ebooks that helps me to be better at something.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I use the iPad
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
So far the most effective marketing techniques for my ebook has been social media and submit my ebook to free ebook sites that list free ebook deals.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grow up in Germany then is Baltimore MD. I would say the where I lived has influence me to write about subjects that don't have a lot of truth available out there.
