My latest book, third in a series, is based on a public domain tv show I did with my six puppets, entitled of course, Buttercup Cottage which had a viewing audience of 80,000 families. Children loved the show and especially the puppets. But after a weekly show that ran for about a year and a half, the wonderful voice of the puppets passed away. So the puppets went back to their boxes, where they stayed for a couple years. In the meantime I was writing children's short little rhyme books for Amazon, until one day I decided to let the puppets out, and put them into print form with text balloons instead of regular text which is much easier for children to see and learn. And the puppets are much happier!
