What's the story behind your latest book?
It is a prelude to Lost in Kane. I wanted to share a little of Tyler's history with readers before Lost In Kane is released by Liquid Silver publishing in July. In short, I wanted to show the cold calculated side of him before the vulnerable side of his personality is revealed in Lost in kane.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Jings. That's a hard one. I guess because I love my characters, and I want others to love them too.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
creating something from nothing and seeing my characters grow
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
It's early days, but without sites like this one, many authors would simply give up. Smashwords is the heart we need to keep out creative blood flowing. Keep up the good work Smashwords

Yeh. Ice cream, sunshine and a horse that got shot by a very bad man.

Grab a coffee, then another, boot up word and let my imagination run riot. Then grab another coffee.

The faraway tree. I fell in love with the magic tree and wanted one in my garden

Odd Thomas. I love odd Thomas and would marry him tomorrow. Fifty shades of Grey, all of them. Love the backstory and the vulnerability of the characters. Me before you series. Cried my eyes out. Fault in my stars, again cried my eyes out Twighlight, way better than the films

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a very poor area of Scotland. All my characters have an edge that I don't think would be there otherwise
