Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Ohio and this gave me many experiences with different types of people
When did you first start writing?
I started writing as a child in middle school.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy in writing is when someone has read what I've written and enjoyed it.
Who are your favorite authors?
My favorite authors are F.Scott Fitzgerald and Stephen King.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing that there are people with lives much more difficult than mine who still somehow find the courage to carry on encourages me to get up every day.
What is your writing process?
I draw up a rough draft of how I want the story to progress in a notebook before i start typing. The hardest part is coming up with a title.
How do you approach cover design?
I approach cover design based on the content of the book.
