What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Being able to convey through words what I feel in my heart
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing my presence in this world is helping those who are less fortunate
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Taking cat naps, volunteer teaching orphans and street kids and playing basketball
When did you first start writing?
In High School my English teacher encouraged me to write poetry so at the age of 15 I began writing short poems. I began then and continued to use poetry as my choice of emotional expression.
What's the story behind your latest book?
This book of poetry invites readers into my personal emotional side. I reveal my greatest pleasures and pain all while experiencing life in a third world country.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on a self help book based on my life experiences
