Wanted to use digitally created art work to visualize what it is like to be Bi-Polar and to live with depression in a way that I can't say with words. Wanted to create a kind of grown up picture book that hopefully people who look through it can relate to what they see.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Have always wanted to create a book,but something a little different and out of the ordinary
What says more to you words or pictures?
I'm severely dyslexic and only learnt to read and write in later life. I have a strong visual memory,words,sounds etc are lost to my memory but things I see stay there. Its way I became an artist. Picture books are something I have always loved
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Using a written voice that is more articulate than my spoken one will ever be

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Trying to find the strength to beat my depression and find new ways to live with being Bi-Polar
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Painting and sculpting, reading and watching films and making jewellery
