When did you first start writing?
After I graduated from college with an Accounting degree, around 1973
What's the story behind your latest book?
Is about the adventures of a Latin American teenager running away from persecution and possible capture, torture and death at the hands of his ruthless, criminal step father who belongs to one of the military death squads in his country
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I was deeply in love with the girl of my dreams with whom I was forced to depart without even saying good bye and writing became like a door to relief from my unavoidable torment of not being able to be with her ever again.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
This is my first time I get involved with Smashwords, so I don't know how is it going to work for my writing but I am eager to give it a try
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy is that I am able to create ficticious characters, places and events that closely relate to real ones. Also it is a good way of having fun by creating comical, ridiculous and entertaining scenery without the need of using any drawing material
What do your fans mean to you?
I have very few fans like relatives and a couple of friends who think that my story is very interesting
What are you working on next?
I am already working on two more stories, one based on real life characters and events, and the other is a parody of the financial world the way I see it on an every day basis
