Interview with Brian Ewuzie

What do you want readers to get from your book?
I want them to realize that they're not helpless. They have a divine assistant that can help them solve problems. Whether it's paying a bill, connecting with a friend, or protecting a loved one, your chi can help you handle the challenges of life.
What sparked your interest in Odinala?
My elder brother showed me a mysterious stick in 2006 that got me interested in Odinala. Before then, I thought Odinala was like any other African religion: ancestral worship mixed with superstitious beliefs. After seeing the stick, I investigated further and discovered that Odinala was the simple but effective spiritual system I had been searching for. You can view a photo of the stick on
How did you come up with the title 'The Earth is One'?
The title came from one of the four primary beliefs of Odinala, Ala wu otu, which means The Earth is one.

This belief affirms that Odinala will work for anyone in any part of the globe, regardless of race, gender, occupation, religion or family background. Odinala will work for the farmer in Nigeria as well as the stockbroker in New York.

The belief also means that you can practise Odinala along with other religions, philosophies, or spiritual systems. An Odinala practitioner can be a Christian, a Moslem or a Stoic.
Which books influenced you the most in your life?
The Master Key System by Charles Haanel. This was the first book that made me realize that alternative spiritual systems existed. That I wasn't stuck with orthodox religion.

Another book that had a great impact on me was Vernon Howard's The Mystic Path to Cosmic Power. It's not an easy book to understand. After so many years there are still parts of it that I don't get. But the nuggets of wisdom I got from the book changed my life for the better.
What is your preferred method to have readers get in touch with you?
