What motivated you to become an indie author?
My learning's and best practices that i have came across and implemented during my last few years of work experience. It's always good to Learn & Share.
What do your fans mean to you?
When i read the comments of my blog readers that definitely gives the contentment towards my write-ups.
I thank each one of them for motivating me in releasing my first ebook along with blogging.
What's the story behind your latest book?
In Business Administration we all have gone through Human Resources as one of the subjects and later years must have opted for HR on-job trainings, professional certifications to enhance our skills, learning strategies, models on all aspects of establishing wage / salary guidelines/ employee relationships/ medical / benefits/ background checks/ organizational development/ rewards & recognitions/ recruitment/ surveys so on.

Wherein apart from above all i wanted to focus on tactic towards the enrichment of HR Processes in detail basis three approaches which plays an important role to execute every function in Human Resources.

Good Governance (HR Strategy/ Process Checkpoints/ Quality): This encourage enhancements to impact compliance & costs areas
Process Excellence (SLA/ TAT/ Accuracy/ Automation): This Improves with concept of making Green & Lean HR
Employee Experience (Best in class/ Standardization/ People & Culture): Helps to make processes Creative and best in Employee Experience

This book is for HR Professionals who all are beginners as well with an objective to enhance and spread the basic process understanding. And via this book I endeavor to achieve providing build-in ease, visibility, control and predictability into their key processes.
What are you working on next?
Volume 2 - Verve of Human Resources will be out soon, which will cover my next chapters in continuation to the Volume 1.
How do you approach cover design?
According to me cover design, plays an important role to attract as well speaks out half of the story.
I wanted to pick an image for my ebook cover design which shows an involvement in Governance, Excellence and Experience together.
