Interview with Natasha Moore

What do you read for pleasure?
That depends on my mood and time frame! If I have a few hours to kill, I usually read classics, you know the stuff you are able to download for free. If I only have a short time, like a waiting room visit, I like to read short fun stuff I don't have to concentrate too much on.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
The original kindle for sure! I can read anytime, anywhere. Whether its on the beach, or in bed with a book light. The size is perfect for me and easier than touch screens to navigate.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
When I find one I will let you know! Ha. Seriously, I spend a lot of time on social media sites promoting all of my books, not just when I first publish them.
Describe your desk
I move around a lot so my desk is never the same. I write whenever, and where ever although I do prefer an ocean view. I usually have a coffee or a beer around...
When did you first start writing?
When I was young, I had a lot of people in my life that were painters, photographers, or sculptors. I was never interested in those things. I was encouraged to find an expression of my own. Turns out it was writing!
What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest book is a 'Would You Rather' Book for servers. I have been a server/ bartender most of my life, and just thought it would be something fun for other people in that profession to check out while they had a slow shift or two.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I travel a lot so this makes it easier for me to write anytime, anywhere.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It is a release for me! If I need to take my mind off something, or kill a few hours, I write!
What are you working on next?
I never know until I put my pen to the paper (or finger to the laptop if you will).
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I am addicted to goodreads.com! That's how I usually find my next book.
