They all have a central theme of the weak or ostracized of society eventually tries to fight against the odds and despite not being victorious in the literal their is an 'eternal' triumph.

Describe your desk
Quite cluttered with several print out of my manuscript with another draft of a future book. There are several contact information posted on it. In the process things are very much in order.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in rural Jamaica. It influenced my writing in that not many students have access to textbooks or other leaning resources. Therefore, I am impressed upon to make some available to them at a reasonable cost.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing as early as ten years old.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My students are very much challenged in following and unraveling the plot of Julius Caesar. I have implemented new strategies in the teaching of the play from a text, but to heighten and maintain their interest I believe a study guide of this nature with be an asset to their learning.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The fact that I read other Independent writers speak of their success. Also, the fact that I'm financially challenged at the moment so I can't afford publication on my own.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords is now motivating me to think big and see that there is success in this field.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The self worth that I feel at the end of putting this book together.

The world, achievement, motivation.
