Interview with Rahul Kumar

When did you first start writing?
I first started writing when i was entering in my teens and my father gifted me a diary with glossy pages . i started writing on it as i wanted to write something which i can preserve for years to come. Unfortunately i lost my diary but writing continued.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The story of Brhma and his dreams is about a person who never takes thing as granted . Making mistakes to learn things in his way to life and in this he goes through lot of interesting things .
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Being an independent author gives me chance to publish my work to the whole world which i am working for years .It do not hamper my creativity and thoughts to flow.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashword is a great platform for independent authors and it gives lot of flexibility without wasting time to go to each and every platform and publish.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It gives me purpose and immense satisfaction . it usually keeps me busy on positive things of life and takes away boredom. i can say it gives me alternate home.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans inspires me as they read my books and send there review to me . Nothing is more enjoyable then a talk to your genuine fan .
What are you working on next?
I am working next on a novel "Brahma and Dreams" .

Gabriel gracia marquez , Arundhati Roy , Salman rushdie
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The sun which raises each morning without bothering for itself.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
i am full time software developer , rest time i read books
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
i search them on google.
