Why did you write this book about this subject?
People are confused about food, diet and exercise. They do not realize the food they put in their mouths may be controlling their behavior.
I started realizing that it was not just about the exercise early on...Why? Because, maybe just like you, I struggle with food choices every day.
I don't even like Lay's potato chips,,,but if I eat one, I will devouer 1/2 the bag!
About 10 years ago I learned about appetite stimulants. These are chemicals and ingredients (Salt, sugar, flavorings) which are added to processed foods to make you want to eat MORE.
We are waging an unfair war with processed food companies.
The only way to avoid losing is to know your opponent.
My book addresses this issue...and helps you learn to stay away from foods that encourage binge behavior.
At a time when nearly 1/3 of Americans are overweight or obese, we need to become aware of practices that make us fat and fatter. We need to learn how to take control, and eat healthy to be healthy!
