Reading mostly, when my cats will allow . . .
How do you approach cover design?
I feel the cover must capture the feel of the book without giving away too much.
What do you read for pleasure?
I love to read Dan Brown and James Patterson;,but I love to to sink my teeth into some heavy theology and philosophy.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Without a doubt, the Nook Simple Touch.

I had the pleasure of growing up in Virginia. As a result I became a lover of history. Virginia has it all; colonial, Revolutionary War, and Civil War. And, although most of us sound like we are from Canada, I have never let that get in my way.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My struggles with corporate death care.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My wife, Connie is my inspiration to start my day; Butter-Bean, my cat forces me out of bed most mornings.
When did you first start writing?
Actually, I am coming to the party rather late in life. I just started!
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I am hoping Smashwords will contribute to my success by allowing the the ease of self publishing and helping me get my work in front of as many people as possible.
