Interview with Sahara Foley

When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I work full-time for Medico Insurance Company. I work as Agent Support and am also a licensed healthcare agent. When not working or rewriting my late husband's manuscripts, I enjoy playing computer games.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I actually prefer paper books to ebooks. I enjoy the feel and smell of a new book.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I used to read the Happy Hollisters. It was about a family and their children that were always finding and solving mysteries. A precursor to the Nancy Drew stories. One of the children was named Pam, so I used to identify with her. Even though my parents never had enough money for our family of 6, my Mom still ordered the complete set. Both of my parents were avid readers and I grew up with a book in my hands.
How do you approach cover design?
I have only done one cover design. But I new in the back of my mind that I wanted yellow eyes. As soon as I saw the design on my Tescara cover, I knew I could work with it. I used a free Paint program to convert it over to what the Tescara cover.
