Yes, I was around ten and wrote a story about Rainbow Bright, lol. My aunt loved the story, so I kept writing little stories, sometimes poems. I just wrote whatever popped into my head.

I don't remember the first story I ever read, we started reading when we were four years old. But the first book to have an impact was actually from a set of books called value tales. They are books about significant people in history like Florence Nightingale, Marie Curie and Louis Pasteur. We have now collected almost the complete set for our grandbabies, in the hope that they inherit the reading bug too.

I find a cover that the characters are similar to the main characters I picture as I write the book. I hate reading a book where they talk about her raven hair and its a blonde on the cover.. I'm sure most people will agree.. its a little distracting.

Table for Three by Lainey Reese.. This is one of my go-too books when I want to read but nothing new catches my fancy
Paradise Wild by Johanna Lindsey.. This was one of the first romance books I ever read. Ms. Lindsey hooked me from book one.
Curvy by Alexa Riley.. one of the first books I read with a not so tiny heroine.. loved it..
The Bride by Julie Garwood.. This was a hard choice because I love all her books.. Ransom actually ties for first with my Garwood addiction..

The Kindle app on my Ipad.. I carry most of my library on it. What I have in print I'm trying to get all on digital. There are some that you cant though ;(

Getting to wake up every morning and do something I really love. Getting to put all the stories that are running around in my head down for someone else to enjoy.

I have several projects in the works right now. We have the first book in a military series coming out soon, a couple of stand-alones and a story line branching off of our shifter series. Possibly a Christmas story... We'll see..;)

My fans mean everything to us. Our family has been a big support and fan from the very start. They say as long as we are happy with what we are doing then they are happy for us.
