Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
Emotional aspects of my life. Growing up in Indiana
When did you first start writing?
A few years ago I tried to do this writing online program challenge called Nanowrimo.org. Where you type like crazy for any entire month. I love to do challenges like that.
What's the story behind your latest book?
I am actually still trying to sort out that detail. I tend to just write and figure out what the story is later. I know, I know that's not how it's actually done.lol But it's how my mind works.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Mostly self improvements
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I get to do this for free. At not charging anyone to read my books.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
accomplisment
What do your fans mean to you?
I just hope they like my stories and get some sort of personal connection with the characters.
What are you working on next?
I am attempting a slightly horror novel I won't go into to many details but it's the most fun I have ever had.
Who are your favorite authors?
J K Rowlings and Lillian Jackson Braun, Agatha Christie, Carol Higgins Clark.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My sweet wonderful mom.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Watching TV or reading stuff.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, it was a nano challenge story called Mystery at Autumn House Inn. I am working on reworking this story
What is your writing process?
Emotional and by the seat of my pants no planing no thinking about it just writing
