What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It allows me to escape into another world, sculpting and developing my characters. The possibilities of what could happen are endless!
What are you working on next?
I am thinking about something nonfiction related to my work with abused and traumatized adults and children, but I would also love to write something supernatural.

Dean Koontz, Lisa Kleypas, Charlaine Harris
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Some of the many projects I have going on!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Swimming, running, movies, working with my clients, spending time with my husband, son and two fur babies.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Reading reviews of other readers!
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Charlotte's Web. It started my life-long love affair of reading!
How do you approach cover design?
The cover has to be symbolic of my story.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
1776, Pride and Prejudice, Phantoms, Sookie Stackhouse novels, Whitney, My Love. They all involve ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
What do you read for pleasure?
Romance (paranormal and contemporary), early American history, or anything fiction or nonfiction that is mysterious and intriguing.

Country French white, but I actually work on couches, beds, front porch chairs... anywhere comfy I can put my feet up.
