what is your most satisfying feeling about writing?
Accomplishing a page at a time.& stacking up the pages 1 by 1.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans show me that I should keep on... my book/s ar valuable & enjoyable. They are, besides my family & friends, my biggest supporters.
What are you working on next?
I'm now in the process of writing, "Quote Junkies TWO".
Who are your favorite authors?
Austin, Dickens, Raymond Chandler... and 100's more, which you'll find in my book of quotes.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Breakfast, talking with my husband, daughters & granddaughter & of course, writing my books..
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
sketching faces, knitting, writing poetry & visiting my friends.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
through, book bub, book adrenaline, amazon, goodreads & more.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Days of Darkness, Night of Light...not published.
What is your writing process?
Turn on computer
adjust light
have my own quote books & pieces of paper I've saved over time.
Have iced coffee by my side.
work for several hours.
go to the bathroom.
work for several more hours.

Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
My first book that I remember reading & loving was, "Mrs. Piggle Wiggle" The impact on my life was that I BECAME Mrs. Piggle Wiggle" raising my own 3 daughters, granddchild & stranger's children in a unique successful. I was calmly solving problems & affecting many lives.
How do you approach cover design?
I look for antique book covers & adapt them to my own design sensibilities. My daughter, Sheree & my granddaugher, Mel help me in every way to come up with designs & redesign them.

All above books were written well, where the authors became my go to next books.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My first choide is on my computer, next on my tablet & last but not least on my hardcovers & pocket books.
Describe your desk
paper, paper, paper. Pens & Pencils, cups of iced coffee, iced water, iced cranberry juice. My lucky charm from my father. My children & grandchild's photos...my little statue of a gorilla. Small toy representing Gerard Butler in 300 (king leonitis) & my own saved quote books over the years. Tissues. Hardly any more room for more.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in South Philly PA. considered a tough neighborhood... I spent most of my time in my home, in school or at the library.
I was (and still am) a nerd. Basically reading & writing poetry. Known as a loner, but having a couple of good friends that were (and are) dear to me & always watching my back.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing, badly at age 10. It took me 2 days to invent the names of my protagenist... Cadwalter B. Culberth, Jr.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Years & years of finding & saving quotes that I love. Filling book after book of quotes plus many pieces of paper & napkins, so I don't miss anything.
