I'm currently writing a book called Illusive Reality. It's a supernatural alien suspense thriller. I'm 20,000 words in and it's coming along nicely, I'm really excited about it!
Who are your favorite authors?
There's loads, the obvious ones Stephen King, Michael Crichton, Ernest Hemingway. And then the not so obvious Hank Searls, John Fante and Peter Benchley.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My children, I have to take them to school!
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up and still live in Oxford, England. We have a multi cultural society in Oxford, so I've been lucky to grow up with people from lot's of different countries. I have friends from India, Pakistan, Africa, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, the list goes on. I love learning about peoples backgrounds and cultures. It's broadened my horizons. We are all humans of the planet Earth, we are one.
When did you first start writing?
I wrote a piece when I was 19 but stopped soon after. I went through life and started again at 30. A lot of writers seem to write their first novels in their early thirties, I suppose you gain a bit of prospective.
